Mr. Traber serves on the Firm’s Investment Committee.

Mr. Traber has served in leadership positions in the investment management industry for most of his career. For the past 30 years, he has been the Chairman of Hanseatic Corporation, a global private-equity firm that takes an active role on the boards of its investee companies. Prior to Hanseatic, he held several high-level positions, including President, at Deltec Securities Corporation and its affiliates. His earlier positions were at Deltec Banking in Argentina and the Bahamas, and at Deutsche Bank in Germany and Spain.

Mr. Traber serves on the boards of a dozen companies, including M.M. Warburg & Co., a large private investment bank, and Meridian 10 Holding AG, both based in Germany. He is on the Investment Committee of Trilantic Capital Partners, based in New York and London.

He is a trustee of Eaglebrook School in Deerfield, Massachusetts.
